– globalisation is unstoppable because of development of telepresence and telerobotics
– professional services will be moving from low wage countries to high wage countries because of technology (eg telepresence and telerobotics). For Example, a surgeon in the Philippines (low wage country) will be able through telerobotics perform an operation on a patient in the USA (high wage country).
